Hi — I’m Fahim.
I’m a full-time performance marketer working in EdTech, where I plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and other performance channels. I work with real budgets, real data, and real outcomes — which means most of my learning comes from the field, not textbooks.
This website is my personal space to think clearly, write publicly, and share what I’m learning about performance marketing, experimentation, funnels, and decision-making. I treat it as a learning journal, not a business, agency, or consulting practice.
Over the years, I’ve developed a simple approach to growth:
-
Start with the problem, not the platform
-
Let data guide decisions, not opinions
-
Test systematically, not randomly
-
Build repeatable systems instead of one-off wins
Before moving into performance marketing, I spent time in sales and channel distribution, which helped me deeply understand customers, markets, and how businesses actually operate on the ground. That experience still shapes how I think about ads today — as a bridge between business goals and real human behavior.
I care less about fancy dashboards and more about clear thinking. Less about hype, more about results. Less about “growth hacks,” more about disciplined experimentation.
You’ll find here:

Frameworks I use in my day-to-day work

Mistakes I’ve made (and what they taught me)

My evolving thinking on marketing and career
This site is not about selling services — it’s about sharpening my craft and helping other marketers learn along the way.
If you’re curious about performance marketing, data-led decision-making, or just enjoy thoughtful marketing writing, you’re in the right place.
Thanks for being here.
