I’m Fahim Shaikh, an Ads Manager at Gemba Concepts, based in Ahmedabad, India. I specialise in performance marketing — the kind where every rupee spent has a job to do and every campaign tells a story in data.

My approach sits at the intersection of creative strategy and analytical rigour. I don’t believe in running ads — I believe in building full-funnel systems that move people from awareness to action, and from action to revenue.

I’ve worked on large-budget international accounts (including Anderson College, Canada), giving me hands-on experience with cross-market audience behaviour, budget allocation at scale, and attribution complexity most marketers don’t encounter until much later in their careers.
